网购平台信用评价体系系统研究

近年以来,网络购物取得了爆发式增长,给人民带来便利的同时,网络诚信问题也随之凸显。网购平台的信用评价系统是解决网络诚信问题的重要工具。本文以国内最大网购平台淘宝为例,系统研究了淘宝信用评价系统的优劣,存在的问题及原因,并就如何优化淘宝的信用评价系统给出了相关建议。     

Decision Support Systems in Marketing

The practical application of decision support systems in marketing is still in its infancy, even though academic research has been recommending the use of such systems for years. This is largely due to the lack of a single, generally applicable decision support system. The specific requirements and problems of management are too dissimilar to make the development of one universal decision support system feasible. However, improved PC performance, enhanced market survey methods such as conjoint measurement, and further developed programming tools permit the varying requirements to be fairly flexibly met. The following article describes state-of-the-art know-how regarding the practical utilization of such systems, and addresses the preconditions for employing them. We have included many examples gathered from our own experience with numerous applications.     

从税收博弈看我国的税制优化

通过设计一个理想的不完全信息静态的税收博弈模型可以推导出，博弈最终均衡解的取得依赖于政府选择的税收制度是否最优，因而我国进行第三次税制改革势在必行。借鉴“最适课税理论”，我国税制改革应注意税收立法程序中参与人之间的博弈，税制结构优化，税收负担的优化，中央税与地方税的协调优化等问题。     

我国医药零售企业国际比较与对策研究

随着我国加入WTO及世界经济一体化 ,我国在医药流通领域的管制将于 2 0 0 5年放开。以我国医药零售业的代表企业———深圳一致药业股份有限公司、上海华氏大药房有限公司为例同世界巨头———CVS和Walgreen在企业的发展历史、赢利模式、绩效评价指标分析等方面做横向比较 ,找出我国医药零售企业和世界巨头的差距 ,在此基础上才能从产业组织结构优化的角度制定出相应的措施     

MULTIDIMENSIONAL DYNAMIC RISK MEASURE VIA CONDITIONAL g‐EXPECTATION

This paper deals with multidimensional dynamic risk measures induced by conditional g‐expectations. A notion of multidimensional g‐expectation is proposed to provide a multidimensional version of nonlinear expectations. By a technical result on explicit expressions for the comparison theorem, uniqueness theorem, and viability on a rectangle of solutions to multidimensional backward stochastic differential equations, some necessary and sufficient conditions are given for the constancy, monotonicity, positivity, and translatability properties of multidimensional conditional g‐expectations and multidimensional dynamic risk measures; we prove that a multidimensional dynamic g‐risk measure is nonincreasingly convex if and only if the generator g satisfies a quasi‐monotone increasingly convex condition. A general dual representation is given for the multidimensional dynamic convex g‐risk measure in which the penalty term is expressed more precisely. It is shown that model uncertainty leads to the convexity of risk measures. As to applications, we show how this multidimensional approach can be applied to measure the insolvency risk of a firm with interacting subsidiaries; optimal risk sharing for ‐tolerant g‐risk measures, and risk contribution for coherent g‐risk measures are investigated. Insurance g‐risk measure and other ways to induce g‐risk measures are also studied at the end of the paper.     

关于优化我国政府级次的构想

我国是世界上政府层级最多的国家,设有中央、省(自治区、直辖市)、市(自治州、地区)、县(自治县、市)、乡(民族乡、镇)五级政府。随着构建公共行政、程序行政和责任行政为主体的"服务型"政府管理体制改革的推进,这种"金字塔"型的政府级次的弊端越来越明显,减少中间层次,扩大管理幅度,构建扁平化的政府级次势在必行,即将五级政府扁平化为中央政府、省政府和基层政府的三级政府。     

基于粒子群算法的证券组合投资模型的研究

从证券组合模型的概念,给出证券组合多目标决策模型。并用模糊优选法将证券组合多目标优化转化为单目标优化。同时,重点描述了粒子群算法,并采用自适应变异的粒子群算法对证券组合投资模型进行求解,最后编程实现证券组合模型的最优解,试验结果表明此方法取得了较好的效果。     

基于产业链视角的中国电气机械制造业优化升级研究

本文基于2002-2015年全国投入产出表和延长表,以及2000-2012年日本投入产出表测算的产业关联和波及效应,从产业链角度对电气机械制造业的优化升级进行了动态分析和比较分析。研究表明：中国电气机械制造业关联产业广泛,产业内关联增强,对国民经济的需求拉动作用强于供给推动作用。但研发投入不足,技术进步迟滞,行业附加值率下降,对需求变化的供给适应能力不足,产值结构、技术结构和市场适应能力有待调整和优化。针对存在的突出问题,提出如下建议：以产业链协同发展为抓手,促进产学研合作,加大研发投入,调整产出的技术结构;以关联产业需求为指向,挖掘内需,调整产出的市场结构;提高产业服务化水平,延长产业链,协调产业链整体发展。
